Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more according to directions. You will read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then build to those specifications. Utilize various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks. Maintain logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies. Maintain equipment and conveyors and perform basic repairs when needed. Inventory tools, parts, and supplies; contact materials handler if supplies are needed. Periodically check products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve any identified problems and alert supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing facility that is non-temperature controlled alongside 80 other personnel split between two shifts. Choose from flexible shift hours of 6 am - 2:30 pm or 9 am - 5:30 pm, accommodating personal needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkridge, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
