**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
As an Assembler, you will support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. You will apply job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks. You will acquire a working knowledge of product flow and the impact of quality. This role involves routine assignments that require limited judgment. You must have a working knowledge of production standards and goals, and may assist in cross-training focus factory members as instructed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Arrive daily at your work station and start by reading job-specific instructions.
+ Perform in-house quality checks to ensure all parts meet standards, documenting any defects under the 'see something, say something' policy.
+ Utilize basic hand tools, such as flathead screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Philips screwdrivers.
+ Learn and understand the functions of each job, which may range from 1 to 20 functions depending on daily work instructions.
+ Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for any deviations.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6 months of manufacturing experience.
+ Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and write effectively.
+ Experience in production, assembly, and general labor.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanically inclined, preferably with experience in manufacturing.
+ Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift.
+ Capability to frequently reach at waist level and occasionally above head.
+ Ability to carry up to 10 lbs and lift up to 45 lbs.
+ Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and/or stoop.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
