**Job Title: Assembler** Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable on their feet throughout the day, and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others. Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas is essential. Responsibilities + Documenting received items during the Receiving process. + Performing Factory Resets by manually pressing a button. + Conducting Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs, with cycle times ranging from 60-90 minutes. + Carrying out Wi-Fi and Elevated Temperature Tests. + Executing Cosmetic Cleaning and Repair tasks. + Conducting In Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Kitting and packing out/palletizing for distribution. + Shipping completed products. + Ensuring parts are scanned at every step of the process. Essential Skills + Assembly and packing skills. + Experience with repair and refurbishing parts. + Proficiency in quality inspection and soldering. + Ability to use test equipment, RF scanners, and computers. + Familiarity with reading blueprints and using power tools. + Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
