Job Title: Electrical Assembler $18-22/HR

Shift:1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Electrical Assemblers to build electrical control panels and cabinets for industrial applications. This role involves working with hand and power tools, interpreting blueprints and schematics, and assembling components for various customer projects.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble electrical/electronic systems and support structures.Install components, subassemblies, wiring, and casings using rivets, bolts, soldering, or micro-welding equipment.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Use hand and power tools for assembly tasks.Build electrical control panels and cabinets.Essential SkillsLess than 1 year of assembly experience required.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Experience with hand and power tools.Experience in manufacturing, production, electrical, general labor, assembly line, or packaging.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 45–50 pounds.Experience with cutting, drilling, tapping, and welding steel is a plus.Candidates from Hamilton Tech or Orion are highly desirable.Why Work Here?Consistent Schedule:1st shift only, Monday–Friday.Comfortable Environment: Climate-controlled facility for year-round comfort.Benefits:Medical and dental insurance after 60 days40 hours of PTO after the first yearAdditional time off and 401(k) program after one yearCulture: Small, family-like atmosphere with ownership present in the building.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
