Pay: $16/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)

Shift: Day Shift (Overtime may be available)

🛠️ What You’ll Do:Assemble boat components like hulls, decks, and cabins using hand and power toolsFit and install parts with precision using measuring instrumentsFollow blueprints and instructions to build high-quality boatsCollaborate with a team to meet production goalsMaintain tools and keep your workspace clean and organizedEnsure safety and quality throughout the process✅ What You Need:Experience using hand and power toolsAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyHigh school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environmentAbility to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work in a non-climate-controlled shop⭐ Nice to Have (But Not Required):Mechanical aptitudeTeam-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with MRP systems or warehouse practicesMarine or manufacturing experience🧢 Perks & Environment:4-day work week with potential for overtimeShift differential for night shift (if available)PPE provided (bring your steel toe boots!)Work in a dynamic, fast-paced shop environmentBe part of a team that builds iconic boats known worldwide

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
