As an Assembler, you’ll be responsible for fitting, installing, and assembling components that ensure the safety, performance, and quality of every boat produced. This is a hands-on role ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in precision and teamwork. **Key Responsibilities** + 🛠 **Assembly & Installation:** Read blueprints and work orders to assemble hulls, decks, cabins, and other structural elements. + 🔩 **Precision Fitment:** Use hand and power tools to align and fit components to exact specifications. + ✅ **Quality Checks:** Inspect work throughout the process and collaborate with quality teams to maintain high standards. + 🦺 **Safety Compliance:** Follow safety protocols and report concerns to maintain a safe work environment. + 🤝 **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with technicians, engineers, and fellow assemblers.
