Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. You will be working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for cross-training in various areas of the assembly process.
ResponsibilitiesDocument what is received in the Receiving department.Perform Factory Reset by manually pressing a button.Conduct Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs, with cycle times of 60-90 minutes.Perform Wi-Fi Tests to ensure connectivity.Conduct Elevated Tests for temperature assessment.Perform Cosmetic Cleaning to ensure product appearance.Conduct Cosmetic Repairs as needed.Perform In Process Quality Control (IPQC).Assemble kits for distribution.Pack out and build pallets for shipping in kits.Ensure accurate shipping procedures are followed.Scan parts at every step of the process to maintain records.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail.Comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day.Ability to work with others.Willingness to be cross trained in various areas.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with assembly, packing, retail, repair, and refurbishing.Proficiency in quality inspection and general labor.Experience with soldering, test equipment, and RF scanners.Ability to read blueprints and use power tools.Hand dexterity and punctuality.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a brand new facility designed specifically for this operation, featuring a locker area and a cafeteria equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. The site is conveniently located in Elgin, IL, close to major roads, gas stations, and restaurants.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
