Join our team as an Electrical Assembler where precision and attention to detail are your top priorities. You will play a crucial role in assembling components for the railway industry, ensuring that quality standards are met.
ResponsibilitiesRead and comprehend schematics and blueprints for assembly tasks.Use fine tools and hand tools such as micrometers and calipers to perform assembly tasks.Utilize a mechanical torque wrench with precision.Perform assembly work at the beginning of the process, preparing products for further stages.Undergo 4 weeks of basic training with a team member and receive peer assessments on all work.Work on the FCSD line with the goal to progress to the level 1 SCI Line, mastering work orders.Essential SkillsAbility to read and comprehend schematics.Experience with hand tools and power tools.Proficient in using small and fine tools.Capable of using hands for prolonged periods.Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.Mechanical aptitude and experience with soldering and crimping.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.Ability to bend and move hands, arms, and elbows repeatedly throughout the day.Comfortable inspecting and assembling small objects all day.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a well-maintained, clean environment with a focus on safety. The role operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. The dress code includes steel-toed boots and work pants, and dressing in layers is recommended during fall and winter. Be prepared for occasional outdoor activity if the safety bell rings.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
