**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent Assembler to join our production floor team. You will perform mechanical assembly and deburring of plastic parts specifically designed for use in airplanes. The role involves working from work orders and documenting all findings meticulously. The job requires repetitive tasks and the ability to remain comfortable standing or sitting throughout the day. **Pay: $18-20** **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical assembly of plastic parts used in airplanes. + Deburr plastic parts accurately. + Follow work orders and document findings. + Conduct repetitive tasks efficiently. + Adapt to standing or sitting for extended periods during the shift. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools. + Experience in mechanical assembly. + Ability to assemble small parts. + 6+ months of mechanical or medical assembly experience, preferably 1-2 years. + Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. **Why Work Here?** Join a medium-sized, family-owned company that values growth and employee development. Most workstations are equipped with chairs, although some tasks may require standing. The dress code is casual, requiring a nice shirt without offensive language or pictures, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. The first shift runs from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with an optional shift from 8 am to 4:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
