**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** Candidates will support the assembly and material handling teams by contributing to production and product packaging. You will be expected to use hand and power tools to perform assemblies on an assembly line, following work procedures to complete builds. Additionally, you will receive training in shipping and receiving, learning skills to support the warehouse and materials team responsible for inventory shipping and production support. **Responsibilities** + Perform robotics assembly and testing. + Support material movement and inventory tracking. + Collect data and conduct visual inspections. + Execute manual assembly and component testing. + Assist with inventory reconciliation. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools for assembling and repairing large mechanical assemblies. + Dexterity for manual assembly. + Strength and endurance to assemble, install, and test larger components (up to 50 lbs). + Ability to use basic power tools. + Capability to follow provided work instructions for each assembly job. + Effective communication skills for team collaboration. + Ability to train and learn new duties with minimal supervision. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and its tools, such as 5S Principles and Kaizen. + Experience with manufacturing execution systems. + Certificate or degree in electro-mechanical fields. + Ability to use pallet jacks. + Any type of shipping experience. + Ability to read work instructions. + Experience with hand tools like torque screwdrivers and drills. + Experience in assembly or warehouse operations (picking, stocking, material handling). **Why Work Here?** Join a state-of-the-art facility where you can learn diverse skills across the warehouse and assembly areas.
