**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
The Solder Assembler will be responsible for wiring and using hand tools to assemble control panels specifically designed for tire reading equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a preference for through-hole soldering and SMT soldering techniques.
**Responsibilities**
+ Wire and use hand tools to assemble control panels.
+ Perform soldering tasks using through-hole and SMT soldering techniques.
+ Ensure the quality and precision of assembled control panels.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of soldering assembly experience.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly.
+ Experience with mechanical assembly processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with tire reading equipment assembly is a plus.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Work Environment**
The work environment includes a close-knit assembly department of 8-10 team members, operating from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The facility is climate-controlled, and the dress code is casual, allowing for shorts or jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
