**Assembly Technician – Statesville, NC**
Pay Rate:
+ $18/hr starting
Schedule:
+ Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ Optional Overtime on Fridays (Enjoy a 3-day weekend when OT isn’t needed!)
**About the Company**
Located in Statesville, NC, our client specializes in the manufacturing and assembly of front-end loaders and compact tractor equipment. This is a fast-paced production environment where quality and teamwork drive success.
**Position Overview**
As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality agricultural equipment. This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and air tools
+ Read and interpret blueprints or follow instructions based on product knowledge
+ Secure parts using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other fasteners
+ Perform precision fitting by removing small amounts of metal for tight tolerances
+ Operate machinery for force fitting or fastening operations
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
+ Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
+ Be flexible and willing to assist with other tasks as directed by supervisors
**Qualifications**
+ 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
+ Ability to work with mechanical tools and read blueprints
+ Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
+ Willingness to work overtime when needed

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
