**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Assembler who has a strong attention to detail and is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day. The candidate must have the ability to work well with others and a willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. This role involves a comprehensive 12-step process where contractors will be cross-trained across multiple areas. **Responsibilities** + Document received items in the Receiving area. + Perform a manual Factory Reset by pressing a button. + Conduct Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs, with cycles lasting 60-90 minutes. + Execute Wi-Fi Tests. + Carry out Elevated Tests for temperature assessment. + Perform Cosmetic Cleaning. + Conduct Cosmetic Repairs. + Engage in In Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Assemble kits. + Pack Out and Build Pallets, specifically for AT&T in kits. + Prepare items for shipping. **Essential Skills** + Assembly + Packing + Repair + Quality inspection + Soldering + Test equipment handling + RF scanner operation + Computer proficiency + Blueprint reading + Power tool usage + General labor tasks **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hand dexterity + Punctuality **Why Work Here?** Join a startup environment that is part of a major partnership, offering potential growth into leadership positions such as Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
