**Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Mechanical Assembly Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly of composite pallets used in circuit board production. This position requires a blend of mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with basic hand tools in an industrial setting. **Responsibilities** + Perform light mechanical assembly using basic hand tools, such as screwdrivers, drills, and mallets. + Assemble composite pallets for circuit boards through SMT or Wave Solder automated processes. + Deburr and finish parts as needed. + Read and understand blueprints, schematics, or engineering drawings. + Conduct light cleaning duties and maintain a tidy work area. + Stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift. **Essential Skills** + Basic experience or understanding of reading blueprints, schematics, or engineering drawings. + Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools. + Good work ethic and reliable work history. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in mechanical assembly, warehouse, or production environments. + Familiarity with tools such as power tools, tape measures, and measuring tools. + Experience with light metal fabrication tools is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** We offer a unique opportunity for individuals without prior experience to learn and develop production skills.
