You will be responsible for performing basic, standardized, and repetitive mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring high-quality standards are met. **Responsibilities** + Follow detailed verbal or written instructions to complete tasks. + Perform mechanical assembly operations and labeling of components, assemblies, or subassemblies. + Manually assemble inserted components based on visual aids and verify specifications. + Inspect parts to ensure correct assembly. + Utilize scanners and hand tools for assembly processes. + Accurately report assembly work. + Work under direct supervision from the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager. + Adhere to safety rules and regulations. + Comply with all company security policies. + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience with mechanical assembly and use of hand and power tools. + Ability to follow detailed instructions and visual aids. + Proficiency in using scanners and Microsoft applications. + Strong attention to detail. + Good with working 12 hour shifts. + Ability to lift 35 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in one of the cleanest manufacturing facilities in Northern Kentucky, known for its well-lit and orderly environment.
