**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team to perform the initial assembly of high-end units, utilizing your skills with various hand and power tools to expertly build and assemble wood products. **Responsibilities** + Perform the first assembly of high-end units. + Utilize hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products. + Operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, hand and power tools. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in carpentry and cabinetry. + Experience with assembly and blueprint reading. + Ability to operate miter saws, table saws, hand and power tools. + 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction. + Capability to read tape measures and blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of machine operation preferred but not required. + Experience in custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, and trim carpentry. + Skills in woodworking, inspection, and industrial painting. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a family-operated company with abundant opportunities for growth.
