Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team, dedicated to the precise assembly of regulators in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to ISO requirements and a proactive approach to maintaining assembly cell inventory.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble regulators following detailed assembly procedures and documentation.Obtain and interpret the correct prints and test specifications for each job.Stage all required materials as specified by the Bill of Materials (BOM).Perform quality checks at each stage of the assembly process in accordance with print and test specifications.Conduct quality tests to ensure assembled products meet required standards.Apply date codes and employee identification stamps to each completed unit.Package assembled regulators into boxes or trays as specified by the BOM.Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Organize and maintain inventory within the assembly cell.Adhere strictly to ISO requirements and company quality standards.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in mechanical assembly or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures.Good organizational skills and ability to manage inventory effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsWork safely and support safety within the team across the organization.Participate in safety training and demonstrate a high regard for safety at all times.Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by safety regulations.Exhibit initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and independence.Ability to multi-task and be goal-oriented.Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.Ability to handle projects of varying scope with attention to detail.Respectful of others and willing to share expertise with others.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Join a large operation with approximately 125 employees on the floor. This position is for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM. The work environment is dynamic and requires adherence to safety protocols.

This is a Contract position based out of Gainesville, Georgia

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.62 - $16.62/hr.
