**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are currently seeking an Assembler to join our team and contribute to the assembly of various products for the Defense and Aerospace sectors. The successful candidate will work with blueprints and travelers to accurately complete the assembly of products. Responsibilities include gathering materials as listed on travelers, utilizing blueprints for assembly, and operating a machine to insert pegs into units, similar to a PEM setter machine.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble products using blueprints and travelers.
+ Gather materials listed on travelers for product assembly.
+ Operate machinery to insert pegs into units.
+ Ensure precise and accurate assembly of various units.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
+ Expertise in mechanical assembly with 2+ years of experience.
+ Experience in machine operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience in a Mechanical Assembly environment.
+ Knowledge in warehouse shipping.

**Work Environment**
This position is based in a machine shop environment, characterized by its small, mom-and-pop feel, with approximately 13 people working on the floor. The dress code is casual, consisting of T-shirts and jeans. The company specializes in precision machining services, providing both long and short runs, as well as prototypes on materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and composites. Additional services include hardware installation, assembly, screen printing, and finishes by certified finishers.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr.
