Job Description
As an Assembler, your primary role will be to manufacture all necessary parts to build complete window units, deliver these parts, and assemble them into a finished window. You are responsible for correctly fitting parts together to assemble either a sash or a frame, installing hardware in position, and attaching it to the part. Inspect windows during assembly to detect and eliminate defective parts, ensuring proper functionality before packaging. You will be cross-trained for other roles in the shop, requiring a willingness to learn and adapt.

Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position in Iowa, with work hours from Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM, and potential work on Fridays depending on demand. The work environment is a large building that is not climate-controlled, which can be hot or cold depending on the season. Dress code includes jeans, a work-appropriate shirt, and closed-toed shoes; shorts are not allowed, and steel toes are not required. All necessary PPE, including ear and eyewear, will be provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
