Job Description & Responsibilities:Assemble, package, and label products efficiently.Operate equipment and tools, including impact wrench, drill, mallet, screwdrivers, and pneumatic rivet gun.Maintain a continuous level of productivity with supervision.Ensure the production of quality finished goods with minimal issues.Maintain assembly jigs, hand tools, and equipment in good working order.Possess basic product knowledge, including types of wheels, model numbers, bearings, nuts, and bolts.Keep a clean and organized workplace by properly storing tools and hardware, sweeping floors, and disposing of trash.Notify Production Supervisor of tools needing repair, low inventory, and poor quality of assembled products.Accurately read assembly drawings for dimensions, parts list, assembly instructions, and critical quality characteristics.Perform tasks safely, including wearing safety glasses and gloves as per Job Hazard Analysis requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing assembly preferredAbility to read a tape measure in fractions and decimalsProficiency in blueprint reading and schematic assemblyGeneral production skillsWhy Work Here?
