Job Description

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling parts into high-quality products by following detailed work instructions. This role involves working on an assembly line where rotations are common, utilizing tools and fixtures, and ensuring all products meet quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble parts according to work instructions to create high-quality products using tools and fixtures.Perform sub-assemblies using power tools.Hand-assemble small parts efficiently.Utilize test equipment to verify correct assembly of products per quality expectations and other standards.Conduct visual inspections of parts and products for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, and pinched wires.Use workstation computers to read schedules, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, and scan parts into inventory software.Work with insulation in some assembly lines, with provided PPE.Essential SkillsMinimum of 6 months assembly experience.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.Experience in mechanical assembly and working on assembly lines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in warehouse, assembly, or general labor roles is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment features staggered shifts on the first shift running Monday to Friday. Start times are at 5:15am or 5:30am, concluding at 1:15pm or 1:30pm, respectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
