Job Title: Assembler
Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler, where you will be responsible for the sub-assembly of various railway equipment. This role involves soldering components and utilizing hand and power tools for specific assemblies, guided by blueprints and schematics. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be standing, lifting, and operating hand tools for up to eight hours daily. We welcome entry-level candidates who demonstrate reliability through good attendance.

ResponsibilitiesPerform sub-assembly of railway equipment.Solder components accurately.Utilize hand and power tools for specific assemblies.Interpret and apply blueprints and schematics to complete assemblies.Maintain the ability to stand, lift, and operate hand tools for up to 8 hours daily.Essential SkillsAbility to perform assembly work.Proficiency in reading blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications6 months to 1 year of assembly experience preferred.Prior experience in blueprint reading and soldering is a plus.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaylord, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
