**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you will play a crucial role in installing cabinets, racks, and drawers into the backs of Transit vans and other trucks. This position involves working in the assembly department using air tools to meet customer specifications. **Responsibilities** + Install cabinets, shelves, and drawers using air tools according to customer specifications. + Ensure precise and accurate assembly of components. + Adapt to bending, twisting, and repetitive movements to access different parts of the vans. + Work on your knees and bend frequently as required by the assembly process. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Experience with assembly and installation processes. + Familiarity with upfitting and general production techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work collaboratively with a team of 5-10 contractors. + Personal protective equipment: safety glasses and ear plugs required (no steel toes). **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision and teamwork in a dynamic and supportive environment.
