**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The Builder is responsible for accurately positioning and installing electronic components inside an organ console to complete a working unit following work orders, sales orders, and instructions. **Responsibilities** + Install various electronic components inside the organ console following instructions. + Put parts in the proper sequence accurately while following and reading the sales order, along with the instructions. + Use basic hand tools such as automatic screw driver, pliers, hammer, soldering iron, crimping tools, and air stapler for the installation process. + Verify part numbers from the work order with the Tech Data sheet to ensure you have the correct part numbers. + Record serial numbers on the Tech Data sheet. + Pick up assembly parts and transport them by cart over to the work station. **Essential Skills** + Assembly experience with power and hand tools. + Carpentry and mechanical assembly skills. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency in using a tape measure. + Soldering skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to measure and read measurements from a ruler or tape measure. + Attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions, sales orders, and work orders. + Ability to work in a team environment but also independently on assigned tasks. + Good visual acuity to place parts in the proper location. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Prior experience using a ruler and tape measure is preferred. + Previous experience using hand tools (screw driver, hammer, air driver, staple gun, measuring tools) is preferred. + Ability to read sales and work orders. + Ability to perform assembly work from a sitting or standing position with consoles placed on twenty-two (22) inch platforms. + Reading with arms and bending is required for this position. + Ability to lift 25lbs. **Why Work Here** Enjoy benefits and a 401K plan once hired, along with yearly increases, in a supportive and welcoming company culture. **Work Environment** Work in a clean manufacturing environment with first shift only in a small family-owned setting. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Macungie, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
