**Job Title: Assembler : Anoka, MN : $18 to $22 per hour** **Job Description** Join our team as an Assembler, working on the production floor where you will perform mechanical assembly and deburring of plastic parts designed for airplanes. This role involves working from work orders and documenting all findings. You will be comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to stand or sit throughout the day. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical assembly of plastic parts used in airplanes. + Deburr plastic parts as needed. + Work off work orders and accurately document all findings. + Maintain consistent and repetitive assembly tasks. + Ensure quality and precision in every assembly task. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools. + Experience in mechanical assembly. + Ability to assemble small parts accurately. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of experience in mechanical or medical assembly, preferably 1-2 years. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a medium-sized, family-owned company with growth prospects over the next five years, including potential expansion and opening a second shift.
