Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler for our first shift to process materials according to work order specifications while ensuring that processing equipment is maintained in a safe and clean condition. The ideal candidate should know how to use a tape measure, read technical drawings, and follow work instructions. Applicants must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy while having a history of good work and attendance.
ResponsibilitiesProcess materials according to work order specifications.Ensure processing equipment is maintained in a safe and clean condition.Use a tape measure and read technical drawings.Follow work instructions precisely.Demonstrate a safety-first attitude and good communication skills.Be flexible to work overtime as needed.Operate machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Maintain a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Read work instructions and other documents in English.Write production and quality information accurately.Understand and follow verbal instructions.Work well with others in a team environment.Stand for long periods of time.Use correct tools for proper execution of work.Review quality documents as required.Lift up to 50 lbs safely.Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in using a tape measure.Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.Experience in assembly and production line operations.Knowledge of machine operation, welding, and metal fabrication.Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and parts inventory management.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood work and attendance history.Safety-first attitude and good communication skills.Flexibility to work overtime.Prior machine operation experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Maintain a positive work atmosphere.Thoroughness and a commitment to continuous improvement.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.69 - $19.69/hr.
