Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler I, where you will play a crucial role in building, testing, and packaging small parts and products. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will ensure high-quality standards in our production processes. We are looking for individuals who have experience in production or manufacturing and are eager to learn and perform repetitive assembly procedures.
ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret simple blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to verify assembly process and quality requirements.Take direction from supervisors to understand assembly procedures and production goals.Follow assembly procedures to build parts using hands and small machinery.Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.Position, align, or adjust workpieces or parts to facilitate assembly.Clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.Pack finished parts for shipment, including labeling, bagging, and placing into boxes.Examine products to verify quality, perform Bonnet to Body Testing, and address ECL quality issues.Determine causes of quality issues and rework parts as necessary.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly, using hand tools and power tools.Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.Proficiency in reading calipers and working with micrometers.Working knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.High attention-to-detail and strong vision and hearing.Ability to perform work in a safe manner.Manual dexterity and ability to perform repeated physical tasks.Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.Additional Skills & QualificationsSkill in active listening and following directions.Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.Ability to lift 45 pounds.Ability to learn new machines and production procedures.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled environment with a structured schedule. Our facility operates on a 2nd Shift from 3 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays during peak season.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
