Job Description
This role involves general labor duties, including production and assembly tasks. You will assist maintenance technicians with preventive measures to ensure timely completion of work orders. Operating multiple machines daily and assembling value-added agricultural engines such as power generators, radiators, furnaces, and cooling modules will be key responsibilities.
ResponsibilitiesOperate multiple machines daily.Assist in assembling agricultural engines like power generators and radiators.Use hand and power tools provided.Read and interpret blueprints and illustrations to assemble products to specifications, typically involving around 30 steps.Support maintenance technicians with preventive measures to ensure timely completion of work orders.Essential Skills1-3 years of general production or assembly experience.At least 1 year of experience working on cars or in the automotive industry.Mechanical background is required.Ability to read blueprints and use hand and power tools effectively.Strong attendance record is critical.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in production, lube tech, automotive, and mechanical assembly.Familiarity with torque tools and repair work.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work schedule is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime starting at 6:00 am and partial days on Saturdays if necessary. The facility houses approximately 15-20 people, with a 5-6 person assembly team. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toed boots, and a plain t-shirt.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
