**Job Title: Assembler** **Location: Anoka, MN** **Pay: $18-20/hour** **Job Description:** The assembler will be responsible for building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for High Density Liquid Cooling products. This role involves working with hand and power tools, utilizing blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. Employees will also learn to braze copper piping and grind finished products. The position requires standing throughout the shift and working both individually and as part of a team. **Responsibilities:** + Build and assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for cooling products. + Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks. + Follow blueprints to complete complex assemblies of cooling systems and enclosures. + Learn and perform brazing of copper piping. + Grind and finish assembled products. + Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. **Essential Skills:** + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Basic mechanical understanding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + No previous manufacturing experience required, but a desire to enter manufacturing is essential. + 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus. + Knowledge or experience in working with tools. **Why Work Here?:** The company invests in employee education, offering opportunities for secondary education in various industries related to its operations. It is clean, with no assembly line, but requires comfort with standing for the entire shift. **Job Type & Location:** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
