**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking Assemblers to join a dynamic team involved in the manufacturing of Class and Class C Motor Coaches. As an assembler, you will play a crucial role in installing and assembling various components including flooring, cabinetry, lighting fixtures, plumbing, luggage compartment doors, countertops, dashboards, furniture, and routing cabinetry. **Responsibilities** + Install and assemble flooring, cabinetry, lighting fixtures, plumbing, luggage compartment doors, countertops, drawers, dashboards, and furniture. + Route cabinetry and other wood components for the interior of the Motor Coach. + Work in the Lamination Department, focusing on routing out cabinetry and other components. + Work in the Interior Department, focusing on the installation and assembly tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in a manufacturing setting. + Comfortable using hand and power tools such as drills, impacts, saws, hammers, and screwdrivers. + Ability to interpret simple blueprints, similar to IKEA work instructions. + Experience with any home remodel projects. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Any industry experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Employees will receive a one-dollar raise after six months, showcasing our commitment to rewarding and acknowledging hard work and dedication. **Work Environment** Work is conducted in a non-temperature controlled environment, which means conditions vary with the weather. **The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential overtime on Fridays, which can be mandatory or voluntary based on the workload and production numbers.** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of **Decatur, Indiana.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
