**Job Title: Drivetrain Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Drivetrain Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tearing down and rebuilding transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials using hand, power, and pneumatic tools. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
**Responsibilities**
+ Tear down and rebuild transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials.
+ Utilize hand, power, and pneumatic tools effectively.
+ Ensure quality control and accuracy in all rebuild processes.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 6 months experience with hand and power tools.
+ Proficiency in using automotive assembly tools.
+ Mechanical aptitude and experience with gears and transmissions.
**Work Environment**
The position is based in a manufacturing environment with an assembly line dedicated to transmission tear downs. Additionally, there is a warehouse space for receiving and shipping products. The facility houses 22 employees with plans to expand by eight more. The work attire includes jeans, steel-toed boots, and either a shirt or sweatshirt. The role operates on the first shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ZUMBROTA, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
