**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves installing cabinets, racks, and drawers into Transit vans and other trucks. The successful candidate will work in the assembly department and utilize air tools to fit components to customer specifications. **Responsibilities** + Install cabinets, shelves, and drawers in the back of Transit vans and other trucks. + Use air tools to fit components according to customer specifications. + Participate in assembly line processes, which involve bending, twisting, and repetitive movements. + Work primarily on knees and bending to access various parts of the vehicle. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Experience with assembly and upfitting tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with general production processes. + Ability to work collaboratively within a team of 5-10 contractors. + Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: safety glasses and ear plugs (no steel-toed boots necessary). **Why Work Here?** Join a team where innovation and teamwork are at the forefront. It features 6 large garage doors to facilitate airflow during the summer months. You will work closely with a team of 5-10 contractors, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
