**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will play a key role in assembling parts using a variety of tools and equipment in a specific area of the production line. This position offers a clear path for career advancement. **Responsibilities** + Receive daily tasks and direction from the Team Lead. + Review test sheets, route/process documents, pump load sheets, and Bills of Material (BOM) to prepare for assembly. + Study and interpret assembly instructions and standard work procedures. + Verify specifications, ensure all required parts and tools are available, and assemble necessary materials. + Align, position, and assemble components manually or with hoists, ensuring proper fit and secure fastening. + Interpret measurements, adjust dimensions, and set/verify part clearances to meet specifications. + Troubleshoot test failures, perform necessary repairs, and handle warranty pump repairs. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + Inspect and reject non-conforming products, complete quality control forms/tags, and report product line errors. + Monitor inventory and assist in stock replenishment. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of assembly experience. + Experience with pumps/compressor assembly is a plus. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Experience with pneumatic tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing facility. + Experience in general assembly work or mechanical trade work. + Proficient in the use of measuring instruments, such as calipers, feeler gauges, or micrometers. + Experience with pneumatic driven tools (air screw guns, etc.) and hand tools (mallet, hammer, screwdriver, T-handle key sets, etc.). **Why Work Here?** Our organization is strategically positioned throughout the world with 57 companies in 39 countries and sales agents in over 30 countries, providing comprehensive solutions.
