**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** As an Assembler, you will perform duties in accordance with the current Quality Management System and Safety Management System requirements. You will be responsible for assembling sub-assemblies, installing accessory components and materials, and wiring basic electrical connections per applicable diagrams. Your role will ensure compliance with quality, engineering, and customer requirements. **Responsibilities** + Assemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components and materials. + Wire basic electrical connections per applicable diagram. + Inspect product to ensure it conforms to quality, engineering, and customer requirements. + Operate hand tools including electrical and pneumatic power tools. + Load, unload, lift, and move materials and product utilizing lifting equipment when available. + Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and/or blueprints to select and position material and accessory components. + Complete and maintain all associated electronic processes paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding, and shipping materials. + Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards. + Complete additional tasks/projects depending on departmental needs. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read a measuring tape. + Familiarity with assembly processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read a blueprint is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a consistent 40-hour workweek with a favorable shift. You will work the 1st shift from 5:00 am to 1:45 pm, including a 45-minute lunch break. The dress code requires full-length pants without holes, made from sturdy materials such as denim. Steel-toed boots are necessary but not provided, while safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety sleeves are provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Dimas, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
