**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for sailboat pulley systems. Utilize your expertise in hand tools to contribute to a thriving manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools. + Assemble components for sailboat pulley systems with precision. + Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision. + Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety and efficiency. + Follow prescribed safety procedures at all times. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience at one company. + Experience with production and blueprint reading. + Mechanical assembly skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with both hand and power tools. **Why Work Here?** Become part of an employee-owned organization where your efforts are rewarded through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) contributing 10-14% of your annual salary. Our manufacturing facility features a machine shop on one side and a warehouse/assembly area on the opposite side, ensuring a well-structured and efficient workflow. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pewaukee, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
