Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team on the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with an expectation of 1-2 hours of overtime per day. You will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of fruit and vegetable packing house equipment, working in a dynamic team environment.

ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly of packing house equipment including belt conveyors, bin dumping equipment, and fruit sizers.Utilize a tape measure and blueprints to accurately assemble components.Collaborate effectively in a team atmosphere to ensure efficient assembly processes.Understand and apply knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Support service technicians in assembling machinery on-site as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency with a tape measure and blueprints.Mechanical assembly skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of electrical and electronics systems is a bonus.Completion of an industrial maintenance course is acceptable.Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
