**Job Title: Clean Room Assembler** **Job Description** As a full-time production associate, you will play a critical role in our light industrial assembly operations. You will be responsible for testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. This role involves working on the 1st shift from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday. You will have the flexibility to either sit or stand during your 10-hour shift, though standing will be necessary at times. The position requires you to assemble parts, with weight not exceeding 10-15 lbs, and meet production metrics. **Responsibilities** + Perform testing and inspection of assembled products. + Engage in light assembly and machine operation. + Package finished products. + Meet production metrics by assembling components accurately. + Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production. **Essential Skills** + Basic computer skills. + Assembly line experience. + General production knowledge. + Proficiency in using hand tools and test equipment. + Attention to quality and good attendance. + Experience in testing, soldering, assembly, general labor, inspection, and machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform basic paperwork independently. + Problem-solving skills, such as changing a tire. + Adaptability to new tasks and environments. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a clean and controlled work environment and a supportive culture of internal employees.
