**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The Assembler will be responsible for assembling products by following work instructions on computers and Travelers. The role involves working with diagnostic machines, blood analyzers, and heart monitors. The position requires the use of computers, completion of in-process documentation, and the utilization of hand tools. **Pay: $21** **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and electronic assembly tasks. + Follow detailed work instructions and documentation processes. + Use hand tools, including torque wrenches, for assembly tasks. + Read and interpret blueprints and standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Conduct data entry and manage digital work instructions on computers. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical assembly experience. + Familiarity with medical assembly procedures. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Skilled in using hand and power tools, including torque wrenches. + Experience with detailed documentation processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a medical setting. + Experience with medical documentation is a plus. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Experience with tools like screwdrivers, tweezers, and Loctite. + 1+ year of experience with computer usage, including data entry. **Why Work Here?** The company offers a relaxed work environment with a casual dress code of jeans and a collared shirt. Although the company builds medical instruments, the work environment is not a clean room but is still regulated. The work schedule is currently from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. By the end of the year, the schedule will change to a 4x10 schedule, Monday to Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm. Candidates must be flexible with shift changes and willing to work overtime, including early morning shifts and occasional Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
