**Job Title: Electrical Assembler** **Job Description** As an Electrical Assembler, you will engage in the electrical assembly of refrigeration houses, commonly seen outside grocery stores. Your role will include running wires to complete the assembly of refrigeration units, wiring lights or ceiling fans, and collaborating on custom solutions as requested by customers. This position requires working with hand and power tools and involves a mechanical assembly aspect. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical assembly of refrigeration units. + Run wires to complete assembly tasks. + Wire lights and ceiling fans as per customer specifications. + Collaborate with team members to develop assembly processes. + Utilize hand and power tools for assembly. + Interpret and work with prints and schematics. **Essential Skills** + Experience in electrical wiring from a manufacturing or construction. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Proficiency in electrical assembly and wiring techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to learn and adapt, especially for those with mechanical inclinations. + Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift weights of 20+ pounds regularly and 50+ pounds occasionally. + Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, involving standing, sitting, bending, and reaching. **Why Work Here?** This role offers the opportunity to train in other areas such as brazing, quality, and function testing. Steel-toed shoes and long pants are mandatory. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
