**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** Join our dedicated team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in the production and packaging of single-shot .22 firearms. Our facility produces approximately 40,000 guns annually, catering to large clients such as Walmart, as well as smaller local shops. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging parts in small bags, assembling gun pieces, matching serial numbers to stickers, and preparing boxes for shipment. Your attention to detail will be paramount to ensure the accuracy of our products. Additional tasks may include folding boxes for the next shift and tagging guns, among others. **Responsibilities** + Package parts in small bags and assemble gun pieces. + Match serial numbers on guns to stickers and prepare them for boxing. + Fold boxes to prepare for the next shift and tag guns as necessary. + Ensure all parts are accurately assembled and packaged to prevent errors. **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail. + Ability to follow directions and work in a team setting. + Previous assembly or manufacturing experience. + Knowledge of general production and warehouse inventory. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Entry-level position requiring previous assembly or manufacturing experience. + Detail-oriented with the ability to handle small parts. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a team that values precision and craftsmanship, offering a collaborative and supportive environment where your skills can thrive. You will be part of a team on either the established first shift or the smaller, newly created second shift, within a supportive and collaborative setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
