Job Description
As a Mechanical Assembly & Integration Technician, you will play a crucial role in the integration and mechanical assembly of advanced diagnostic equipment, specifically the DXI 9000 machines. These machines are vital tools used in hospitals across the United States. Your work will involve using precision tools to integrate sub-assemblies into chassis with accuracy and efficiency, all while following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with over 100 steps. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong hand dexterity as you handle intricate wiring involving over 500 cables and making more than 900 connections with small parts.
ResponsibilitiesIntegrate and assemble sub-assemblies into chassis with precision.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with over 100 steps.Conduct intricate wiring involving over 500 cables and 900+ connections.Align, calibrate, and test the functionality of machines throughout integration.Maintain precise records and execute work orders efficiently.Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with a commitment to quality and safety.Work independently and prioritize assignments effectively.Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Work Environment
The role is set in a regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit work areas. The position consists of approximately 80% standing at a workstation, 15% walking, and up to 5% sitting. Each individual will have their own workstation, promoting a focused and efficient work setup.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
