**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** In this role, you will be responsible for producing custom fabricated assemblies and products by following blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions. You must accurately set up and operate various hand tools, fixtures, and fabrication equipment to complete assignments. As a high-performing, creative, and flexible team member, you should be adaptable to work with less structure and willing to adjust your schedule as needed to meet business requirements and utilize available equipment resources. **Responsibilities** + Produce custom fabricated assemblies and products according to blueprints and work instructions. + Set up and operate a variety of hand tools and fabrication equipment. + Utilize fixtures and work instructions to complete tasks. + Adapt to changing schedules to meet business requirements. + Ship the person prints and perform carpentry tasks. + Lift up to 50 lbs as required. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in saw operation. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Skill in measuring and using tape measures. + Experience with table saws and routers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + GED or High School Diploma required. + Ability to maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule. + Previous experience in machine shops, carpentry, plastic welding, or CNC operations is a plus. + Understanding of safety rules and procedure manuals. **Why Work Here?** This company offers a wealth of opportunities for advancement among its six-building campus.
