**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts under general supervision in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This role ensures quality, safety, and productivity standards are met and satisfies customer requirements. **Responsibilities** + Perform duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and company requirements. + Assemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components and materials; wire basic electrical connections per applicable diagrams. + Inspect products to ensure they conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements. + Operate hand tools including electrical and pneumatic power tools. + Load, unload, lift, and move materials and products utilizing lifting equipment when available. + Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and/or blueprints to select and position materials and accessory components. + Complete and maintain all associated electronic processes and paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding, and shipping materials. + Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards. + Complete additional tasks/projects, depending on the department's need. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read a measuring tape. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read blueprints is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a consistent 40-hour work week with a good shift schedule that allows for work-life balance. **Work Environment** Work in a manufacturing environment on the 1st shift from 5:00am to 1:45pm with a 45-minute lunch break. The dress code requires full-length pants without holes, made of sturdy material like denim. Steel-toed boots are necessary but not provided. Safety glasses, earplugs, and safety sleeves are provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Dimas, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
