**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our 12-step refurbishment process, ensuring the quality and functionality of modems. This position requires you to be on your feet throughout the day and work collaboratively with others. You will be cross-trained in multiple areas to enhance your skill set. **Responsibilities** + Document received parts and components. + Perform factory resets by manually pressing buttons. + Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs. + Execute Wi-Fi and elevated temperature tests. + Perform cosmetic cleaning and repair. + Conduct in-process quality control (IPQC). + Prepare and assemble kits for palletizing. + Pack and build pallets for shipment. + Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Comfortable being on feet for the entirety of the day. + Ability to work well with others. + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. + Hand dexterity. + Punctuality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with assembly, packing, and repair. + Knowledge of soldering, test equipment, RF scanner, computer, and blueprints. + Familiarity with power tools and general labor. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team at the start of a major partnership, which could lead to growth opportunities into leadership roles.
