**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** Join a world-class leader in the design, building, and manufacturing of aerospace structures, systems, and components for commercial, business, regional, and military aerospace customers. As an Assembler, you will perform pre-assembly tasks such as drilling and deburring parts to prepare them for assembly. You will assemble component parts by installing ground studs, attaching nut plates, bonding, and utilizing hand/pneumatic tools. Measuring tools like Micrometers and Calipers will be employed, along with riveting and countersinking techniques. **Responsibilities** + Perform pre-assembly tasks such as drilling and deburring parts. + Assemble component parts by installing ground studs, attaching nut plates, and bonding. + Utilize hand and pneumatic tools for assembly. + Employ measuring tools such as Micrometers and Calipers. + Perform riveting and countersinking. + Work off aerospace blueprints and schematics. **Essential Skills** + Prior aerospace assembly experience. + Experience with sheet metal assembly. + Countersinking and squeezing techniques. + Mechanical inclination and eagerness to learn. + Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, shim gauges, and height gauges. + Ability to read, speak, and understand English. + Proficient in reading and understanding work instructions and blueprints. + Prior experience with hand tools. + Effective communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Physical proof of citizenship is required on the first day. **Why Work Here?** We take care of our people with a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company-match contributions, competitive wages, paid holidays, paid time off, and a variety of insurance options such as medical, dental, vision, life, and accidental insurance. It can be heavy, loud, and organized. The shift starts at 7:00 am for the first few days and then regularly from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
