**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The assembler role involves fabricating and assembling a variety of different assemblies and supporting hardware. You will apply your knowledge of assembly techniques and utilize precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment. You must be able to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and related documentation to determine the method and sequence of operations, as well as dimensional and finish specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and calibrate production parts. + Follow assembly drawings, customer ATPs, and work instructions to build products to requirements. + Complete necessary paperwork, including travelers, pull sheets, and forms for shipments. + Lift materials (minimum 30lbs) and test manifolds. + Mix ingredients, primers, adhesives, and sealants according to specifications. + Trim, drill, ream, grind, sand, and finish parts using templates and hand tools. + Assure compliance with customer specifications and requirements, including shipping details. + Meet customer goals of quality, OTIF, and costs. + Proficient with E10 transactions, including issuing of material and operations. + Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives companywide. + Complete all required training as assigned. + Adhere to company Corporate EHS Policy and specific safety protocols, including PPE requirements. **Essential Skills** + Experience using tools, machines, or hands to create products or components. + 1-2 years of manufacturing assembly experience preferred. + Strong attention to detail. + Hand-eye coordination. + Ability to do repetitive tasks. + Good interpersonal skills. + Team and individually goal-oriented. + Experience with Continuous Improvement. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or GED. + US Citizenship. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive retirement saving plan with company matching opportunities, excellent health and wellness benefits, including a $350 annual wellness allowance for personal health and fitness goals. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift. You will be working with small gauge assembly of parts and receive an additional $2.00 shift differential. Dress code requires adherence to safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
