Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the manufacturing of heating and cooling units, focusing primarily on the assembly of doors and hinges. You will work with a variety of hand and power tools to attach accessories, assist on the production line, and contribute to packaging units and building boxes. Be prepared to work in various areas and lift up to 50 lbs while standing throughout your shift.

ResponsibilitiesManufacture heating and cooling units, focusing on door assembly and hinges.Utilize hand and power tools for assembly and attachment of accessories.Work on the production line and assist with packaging units.Contribute to building and making boxes.Lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift.Be flexible to work in all areas as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency with hand tools and power tools.General production and mechanical assembly skills.Comfortable with packaging and general labor tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo previous manufacturing experience required, but a desire to enter the field is necessary.3+ months of assembly experience is advantageous.Construction or hand and power tool experience is beneficial.Ability to stand for the entire shift.

Work Environment

The position is not assembly line-based and requires flexibility to assist in multiple areas. The facility is tobacco-free and non-temperature controlled.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.07 - $21.07/hr.
