**Job Title: Assembly Line Worker** **Job Description** Perform repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce commercial refrigeration equipment and/or commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. **Responsibilities** + Conduct assembly tasks using basic hand tools. + Handle production duties in a fast-paced environment. + Lift items weighing up to 40 pounds. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. + Capability to lift up to 40 pounds. + Proficiency in basic assembly using hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED). + One to three months of related experience and/or training. + Ability to read a limited number of language skills. **Work Environment** The facility is well-run with a collaborative workforce of about 250 total employees, with approximately 150 on the 1st shift. This position is on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt. The facility is not air-conditioned, so it can get hot in the summer, but fans help cool the environment. **Why Work Here?** Employees receive an extra $2 per hour bonus pay weekly, fostering a rewarding work atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.80/hr.
