**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented assembler to join our team. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to remain on your feet throughout the day. You will work collaboratively with others and be willing to cross-train in various areas of our 12-step process. **Responsibilities** + Document received items during the receiving process. + Perform factory resets by manually pressing a button. + Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs. + Perform Wi-Fi and elevated temperature tests. + Conduct cosmetic cleaning and repairs. + Participate in In Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Prepare kits and build pallets for shipping. + Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work collaboratively with others. + Comfortable being on feet for the entirety of the day. + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hand dexterity. + Punctuality. + Experience with assembly, packing, repair, quality inspection. + Familiarity with test equipment, RF scanners, computers, blueprints, and power tools. **Why Work Here?** Join us at the start of a major partnership that offers growth opportunities into leadership roles.
