**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled assemblers who will be responsible for assembling attachments and sub-assemblies in accordance with detailed instructions, utilizing hand and power tools. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to stand for extended periods. Assemblers will also perform visual inspections of parts, prepare jobs for assembly, and manage inventory using computers. **Responsibilities** + Assemble parts and attachments following detailed instructions. + Utilize hand and power tools effectively. + Stand for 8+ hours and lift items weighing over 50 lbs. + Visually inspect parts prior to assembly. + Set up and prepare jobs for assembly. + Check part availability on computer systems and obtain parts from inventory. + Use assembly tooling, including presses, drill machines, and testing fixtures. + Apply substances like Loctite, grease, and epoxy as specified. + Thoroughly clean and prepare product surfaces for labeling using acetone. + Apply proper labeling to finished products. + Maintain cleanliness of the work area. + Rework failed products as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly and manufacturing environments. + Mechanical assembly and assembly production skills. **Why Work Here** Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, profit sharing, and paid vacation at the time of hire.
